Scholarships and Admissions
The Master’s Coordinators committee will determine the first host university for each admitted student based on their background.
All students who achieve a total score of 71 or higher will be eligible for enrollment in the IMQP Master’s program.
Scholarships funded by the EACEA under the EMJMD program will be awarded only to students who achieve a minimum evaluation score of 85.
The total amount of the ECAEA scholarship (paid monthly) will be 33.600 € (for the two years) and any tuition fees will be charged to the scholarship holders.The number of scholarships funded by EACEA that will be awarded will depend on the number and the quality of the applications received.
The IMQP consortium will provide a mobility scholarship for non EACEA scholarship holders enrolled in the IMQP Master’s program. This mandatory mobility will take place during the second year and will last minimum 1 semester, depending on the student’s specific study track. Additional scholarships may be available through the IMQP Consortium.
All students must complete a minimum of two study periods, each worth at least 30 credits, in two institutions located in countries different from their country of residence.
The eligible applications will be ranked based on the following criteria:
School results (GPA, type of diploma, etc.) - up to 25 points
Motivation letter - up to 15 points
Knowledge of English - up to 10 points
Knowledge of a further European language - up to 5 points
Previous experience in the field concerned (archaeological excavations, seminars, intensive courses, etc.) – attested by a certificate - up to 25 points
Publications, congresses presentations (attested by the attachment of the publication or of the congress’ programme) - up to 10 points
Recommendation letters (maximum 2) - up to 10 points
Students who have already benefitted from an Erasmus Mundus Master scholarship are not eligible to apply for an additional scholarship.

- RECOMANDATION LETTERS (Max 2) - Recommendation letters must be sent via email to: rzrmrt@unife.it directly by the recommenders. The subject line of the email must read: “Recommendation Letter NAME and SURNAME – IMQP call 2024”. A maximum of two recommendation letters is allowed. ⚠️ Important: Letters sent by applicants themselves, or letters that do not comply with these instructions, will not be considered. No request for resubmission or correction will be sent.

APPEAL AND COMPLIANT PROCEDURE
If you are unhappy with the admissions decision, or you want more information about the evaluation of your dossier, then you are encouraged to initially raise the matter with the selection committee via rzrmrt@unife.it
We will provide a response to you, in writing, within 2 working days of receipt of your request.
Whilst most cases are resolved by the provision of informal feedback, if you remain unsatisfied with the informal feedback you have received then a formal complaint or appeal can be submitted. This should be submitted on the form provided to the following address: https://php.unife.it/sos/
You complaint should include:
Your name, address, and the details of the programme you have applied for;
The nature of the complaint, giving as much detail as possible;
Any steps that have already been taken to resolve the matter;
Details of any responses you have received and a statement of why you feel that response is unsatisfactory;
An indication of the outcome you are seeking.
