Support for Students with Special Needs
At the International Master in Quaternary and Prehistory (IMQP), we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all our students, including those with special needs.
We recognize the diverse challenges that some students may face and aim to provide tailored support to ensure everyone has equal opportunities to succeed in their academic journey. Our approach includes:
Personalized Assistance
Dedicated staff to assist students with special needs in navigating academic and administrative processes.
Regular meetings to identify specific requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Accessible Facilities
Ensuring that the campuses at partner institutions are equipped with accessible facilities.
Arrangements for accessible accommodations and transportation when needed.
Academic Support
Flexible learning options, including adjusted deadlines and alternative assessments, where applicable.
Availability of assistive technologies and resources to support learning and research.
Fieldwork and Excavations
Special arrangements during fieldwork and excavations to accommodate physical or other needs, ensuring full participation in these essential components of the program.
Emotional and Peer Support
Access to counseling services and peer networks to foster a sense of belonging and well-being within the IMQP community.
We value diversity and strive to empower all our students to achieve their academic and personal goals. If you have any specific needs or require additional support, please feel free to contact our administrative office or send an email to the Coordinator: marta.arzarello@unife.it. Together, we will ensure your time in the IMQP program is both enriching and inclusive.
